Medical education is—and has always been—the cornerstone of the Campbell Clinic Foundation.
We are thrilled announce the 2024 Alvin J. Ingram Memorial Lecture and celebration of the Campbell Clinic Residency Centennial Celebration. Dr. Willis C. Campbell established our orthopaedic surgery residency program in 1924, which is still one of the most sought-after residency programs in the United States.
This year is like no other. In addition to celebrating 100 years of training residents in orthopaedic surgery, we’ll convene generations of residency and fellowship alumni at our 26th Campbell Club Triennial Celebration. We want you to be part of it.
In April 2024, we will host a two-day event which proudly hosts the “Who’s Who” of the orthopaedic community. The program includes lectures, expert panel discussions, and to honor tradition, eight graduating residents’ research presentations.
This year’s event will feature two esteemed visiting faculty:
- Javad Parvizi, MD, FRCS, 33rd President, American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons; James Edwards Professor of Orthopedic Surgery, Sidney Kimmel Medical College, Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
- John D. Kelly, IV, MD, John Kelly, Second Vice President of AANA; Director, Sports Shoulder, Co-Director, Sports Medicine Fellowship, Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery, Hospital of the U. of Pennsylvania and Penn Sports Medicine Center
