In 2024, the Campbell Club will host the second Campbell Awards to honor and celebrate the extraordinary achievements and excellence displayed by Campbell Clinic alumni.
In June, we had the distinct pleasure of celebrating the UTHSC-Campbell Clinic Class of 2023.
Dr. Alan Wood has been generous alumnus and partner to the Campbell Clinic Foundation, offering counsel, encouragement and resources to drive the Foundation’s new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative.
His commitment to education extends beyond the hundreds of lectures and courses he has taught over the years, as he spends many hours outside of the operating room to teach residents, mentoring and advocating for each.
Nominees must have fewer than 10 years in practice, be of high moral standing, and demonstrate society engagement, clinical excellence, research activities, and leadership potential.
ith deep sympathy we pass along that Thomas Windrow Marks, Sr., 91, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2022 at his home in Atlanta, Georgia.
After a couple of adventures teaching orthopaedics overseas, I made the decision to run for elected office. In 2007, I was elected Alderman at Large in the City of Franklin, and in 2011, elected to Mayor of the City of Franklin.
