PT Leaders are More than (Foundation) Friends

Three Campbell Clinic Physical Therapy leaders, Michael Williams, Director of Physical Therapy and Kristen Lowrance and Kelly Lee, Co-Managers of the Wolf River Physical Therapy Clinic with a combined 84 years of service to the Campbell family! We asked them why they continue to volunteer and donate to the Campbell Clinic Foundation.

Why has the Campbell Foundation been important to you?

Kristen: I believe in the Campbell Clinic Foundation mission. I love the fact that we continue to educate new residents, but I also love the part about serving the community. A few years ago, our PT management team was able to take part in the Healing Soles, and in the last two years, PT staff support Orthopaedic Exploration Day. This is so rewarding.

How has the Foundation supported your goals as an orthopaedic practitioner?

Michael: The Foundation has been critical to providing education to PT students at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, from creating the first slide deck for a foot and ankle presentation for PT students, to helping create the orthopaedic elective course for medical students. Campbell Librarians, Joan Crowson and Tonya Priggel, have been so responsive to article requests. I am truly grateful for the excellent educational support from the Campbell Foundation!

How does CCF support quality of life?

Kelly: I am always grateful that the Foundation supports community and world missions for those in need. The continued research makes Campbell cutting-edge. The Campbell Clinic Foundation keeps our company moving forward and ensures that we continue to be leaders in orthopaedics. My family has been blessed by the knowledge and skills of our physicians, adding to why I love this place!

Nearly 400 Campbell Clinic employees are Foundation Friends donors. We are so grateful to each and every one of them!
