- In October, Campbell Clinic teamed up with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, University of Arkansas for the Medical Sciences, Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Institute and the University of Iowa to host the 2nd Annual Mid-South Spine Symposium. This event included a day of lectures and case discussions, networking and mentorship and cadaveric labs to boost surgical skills and knowledge among orthopaedic surgery and neurosurgery residents and fellows. - The Campbell Clinic Foundation partners with Campbell Clinic foot and ankle surgeons, advance practice providers and residents to host semi-annual foot outreach clinics. UTHSC medical students are among the volunteers who work with our clinicians to provide foot and nail care, new shoes, socks and compassionate service to individuals in need.
- Orthopaedic Exploration Day gave 100 Memphis area high school students the opportunity to get hands-on with orthopaedic tools and techniques, as well as network with surgeons, residents and industry leaders. Total Joints surgeon, Dr. Chris Holland, demonstrated the Smith + Nephew CORI robot.
- After nearly 40 years serving the Campbell family as writer, editor and teammate, Editor Linda Jones (L) and Dr. John Weinlein exchange well-wishes.
- Each Friday, orthopaedic surgery residents participate in a three-hour didactic conference, affectionately known as “Friday Afternoon Meetings.” Program Coordinator Ginae Owens hosts a “FAM theme” once per month, complete with décor, games and food. - Campbell friends for five decades! Five members of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Class of 1981 and later the UTHSC-Campbell Clinic orthopaedic surgery residency gathered in summer 2026 for a reunion. - Since 2018, the Campbell Clinic Foundation has supported a comprehensive center dedicated to treatment, care management and research of cerebral palsy. Led by Drs. - Campbell Celebrates GAME Day on September 19 featured the best of big-time sports spirit, featuring live entertainment, auctions and the best tailgate cuisine anywhere. Trustee Kelly Luttrell (center) was among the hosts, sponsors and donors who helped us raise more than $220,000 this year to support outreach and cerebral palsy care.
