Frederick M. Azar, MD has been named the new Harold Boyd Chair of the UT Health Science Center – Campbell Clinic Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Biomedical Engineering. He succeeds Dr. James Beaty, who has served in that role since 2016. Both surgeons have been champions of the work of the Campbell Clinic Foundation, and have made countless contributions to the field of orthopaedic medicine.
